What a wonderful property located in the best part of Brighton. Turn left and the beach is 100yds away and turn right from the property leads you to the Lanes and all the wonderful restaurants and shops Property is stunning, set over 3 floors with more than enough room for 4 .Chris (owner) was always contactable if we needed any info/advice.
The location being in The Lanes was perfect for our family that wanted to be amongst the fun of the city. The building itself was tucked away and also benefitted from VERY little street noise or seagulls that can be a problem in the busier streets and roads.We visited Brighton as my daughter and I were running the Brighton Marathon, The Coach house was excellently located near to the finish line which was ideal as roads were closed, taxis to further hotels or guesthouses would have been impossible to get when feeling sore and needed most!
Wonderful location, very quiet despite being in the heart of the Lanes. A total luxe hideaway, and beautifully and comfortably furnished. Very well kitted out kitchen and the huge bathtub was a complete luxury for an evening soak. The giant walk in rain shower also lovely!
This house is simply fantastic. It is beautiful, super stylish and very welcoming - we felt right at home as soon as we got there. The amenities are top notch including hotel standards bed linens, lovely fluffy towels and dressing gowns/slippers for us to use, and gorgeous toiletries. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you could need. The location is perfect for exploring Brighton - literally seconds from the sea front, super convenient for Brighton main city and all the attractions, yet set back in a private lane so it feels really calm and peaceful. All this and a secure parking space too, which is like gold dust for a Brighton pad. Chris is a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly, and the house has great info about recommended places to eat/visit including a voucher for a free glass of fizz from Riddle & Finns.We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back.

Privacy Without Isolation
Whilst you are in the heart of Brighton and the lanes, the Coach House is located in private gated mews behind electric gates ensuring your surroundings are peaceful, safe and quiet.
Bedrooms
The coach house 3 bedrooms and the beds can be configured as 3 doubles or 6 singles or any combination. e.g 2 doubles and 2 singles or 1 double and 4singles. Please just advise me of what you require.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a large deep bath - sink in after a hard days shopping or getting ready for a night out – total relaxation. All bathrooms have fantastic Body Shop bathroom products which are all vegan Fair-Trade organic and we supply Bumboo toilet rolls for your stay.
Green Credentials
The Coach House has 5kwh of Solar panels and 10kWh battery storage and both electric under floor and radiator heating. I hope the Coach House will be as energy efficient as we can make it. I therefore expect your stay will have minimal demand on electricity from the grid with most guests using no energy from the grid at all during the spring and summer months.
Entertainment
A large lounge with the latest Samsung 75" flat-screen TV with all the streaming services, The latest hi-fi system with Bluetooth and radio is just below allowing to connect your Spotify or Apple playlists.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen which includes electric oven, Microwave, Air fryer, Induction Hob, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Cafetiere and American Fridge Freeze with on Demand Water and Ice. There is a full range of utensils, pots and pans. the kitchen is fully fitted out.
Security
The Coach House is located in a private mews with electric gates. There is an alarm system with local on call responders if you wish to arm the alarm and there is a safe in the property should you require. 30 day recording CCTV also covers the gates and the parking spot.

Yes, fresh bed linens, towels, dressing gowns, slippers, and eco-friendly toiletries are included in your stay.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but the cottage is not pet-friendly at this time, to maintain comfort for all guests.
Is the cottage suitable for kids or families?
The Coach House is suitable for couples, solo travellers and small families. The property is not suitable if you have very young children. We don't have highchairs or cots.
Where’s the nearest shop or restaurant?
The Coach House is in the Lanes. You are surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.
Is the house heated/cooled?
Yes. The cottage has heating for cooler nights and all rooms have fans for warm summer days.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival. If you need to cancel closer to your stay, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
